"We're just chillin!"

First pic, a comparison next to Ella. Second pic is Emma, next is Ella! Just hanging out at night!! The last pic is Emma "waiting for her turn in the bath." Dad got her all set up with the remote!!

We go Wireless!!!

Miss Em is off the monitor!!! The doc said she did great and both readings we had were good, so they decided she didn't need it anymore!! Mom and dad are pleased and looking forward to more sleep with no false alarms in the middle of the night (which we would then have to wake her up and readjust her band, poor thing!) No more sweet child!!! Way to go Em!! However, now that she isn't easily identified with the cords, mom and dad are having to really look at both girls to tell them apart. In church on Easter, mom and dad spent the whole time arguing who had who!! For the record, mom was right!!! I had Emma!!

Easter Weekend

The week before Easter Uncle Matt was on spring break from college and came to hold the girls for the first time!! Then, Easter weekend the girls got to meet lots of family...GG Bauerly, Cousin Aubrey, Cousin Michelle, Great Uncle Bob and Aunt Nelly, and Cousin Seth. Boy did we have a house full and lots of food. Thanks Sue!! We like having left overs in this house!! No time to cook!! (Yeah, that's my excuse!!) Aunt Kelsey (aka Diaper Queen) let mom and dad enjoy time playing cards with everyone (yeah, yeah, we know...Travis and Dan won)....THANKS Aunt Kelsey!!!

Happy Easter!! From the Eilers

The girls' Easter dresses are brought to us by Great Aunt Bev and Uncle Mike. Thanks! This is also the first time the girls are in dresses!!! Aren't we cute?!? First pic is Ella (praying like a good girl), next is Emma!

Aunt Carrie

Aunt Carrie came to babysit the girls on Friday night so mom and dad could run errands and go out to eat! As you can see by the first pic, they had a relaxing, good time!!!

Mama time....

Emma and mom...she likes to have her mama time while mama is eating...we did this for 4-5 nights in a row!!! She is quite smiley at these times too, only if she is held though!!!

Two Months Old...

They are two months old today!!! Don't you worry about Ella though...those cross eyes of hers are said to be out of her system in the next couple months. Dad was a little worried!!! And check out Emma's buda!! We have some healthy girls!!! They had their immunizations done today (which is why I have a little time to do computer stuff, they are sleeping it off!!). They handled them (4 shots each and some liquid med) like big girls, screamed for a minute, then fine!! Mom didn't sleep too much last night though...all for nothing!! Ella weighs 10 lbs 1 oz with Emma right behind her at 9 lbs 13 oz. They are doing really well and getting bigger every day!!! They already caught a cold from daycare and being out and about though. So, let the runny noses begin!!! Their new thing recently is finding the use of their tongue...they are always sticking it out and wiggling it all over the place. Hence the video!!!

Mooo....

Emma, Ella, Ella, then Emma again!

Hanging out...

UD was helping wth the girls and already has taken them for a ride!! That's Ella sleeping with dad, next is Emma, then last pic is Ella again!

Dad and Mom's most important "first" to date!!!

Who are the cutest, smartest, best darn kids in town....we slept 8 hours last night!!! Well, everyone except mom of course. My boobs don't know we are sleeping longer these days and still need attention every couple hours or so, but I take what I can get!! Dad on the other hand, snored like a...well, like always!!! Happy Monday all!

Bath time beauties...

Emma first, then Ella...that's their bath order too! Emma gets to go first so she can have a longer break without her band (from the monitor). We are hoping she goes cordless the week of the 17th. The doc says her first reading was considered normal and all the alarms we've had were false! Way to go Em!!! Ella hates bath time subsequently, being she gets the used, cold water every time!!! Poor girl!!

On the Go...

Now that we have reached the 6 week marker, the girls are starting to get out-and-about more. Daycare started the 25th and is going well. They go to Travis' cousin's in-home daycare, which we are happy as can be since it's family. This is also the number one question I get these days, "Where are the girls?" They have also made it over to "UD's" new place a couple of times while we moved him this past weekend. They love riding in the car and even have their own CD to add to the mix....Raffi!!! They love mom's singing, it's better than dad's! Or that's what they tell me anyway!! Emma's pic is first (baby acne time for her, which Ella didn't get too bad).
