Pella Family Picnic

Year two...much more action packed too!! The girls even had fun in the Kidz Fun Zone and jumping on the blow-up, jumping things (can't remember the name of it again!!). Emma loved it, loved playing with the big kids. Ella, loved going in the door, and back out. Made it to the middle of it once and quickly got the heck out!! I know, should have gotten pictures, but I was too busy kicking the big kids out of it!!

NFL Pool Party

Every year, Travis does a NFL pool (each person gets a team) and we do a NFL pool drawing night. This year we decided to have everyone (those that could make it at least) come over for lots of food and fun! This was the first of many nights we have to come, where the girls CRIED for having to go to bed!! "AAAAHHH Mom, we're having fun!!"

Fun Times

We've had some fun times since returning to our work/daycare schedules. It sure keeps us busy and loving every moment we have to spend together!!

Zoo Trip/Back to Work

I go back to work tomorrow after a fun filled summer with some amazing kids. Sure, I'm a bit biased, but they are something!! I think every year is going to get tougher on going back, and this is sure the start of it. It will be a bit of an adjustment for all three of us!!

So this past week, the girls and I, along with Uncle Dan and some friends took a trip to the Lincoln Zoo. Emma was curious and more adventurous, while Ella wanted nothing to do with these large (and small) creatures behind 8 ft fences!!

Arbor Day Farm

Last weekend, we met up with my cousin's in Nebraska City for a fun filled day outdoors.

Playing outside, Emma decided to "look" into the tail pipe on dad's truck!! Charlie Chaplin look out...she's got the look, AND is a bit cuter!!
